My Experiences
I have spent my entire career in the quality aspect of manufacturing, from aerosols, high purity salts, plastic, steel, glass, and now in the defense contractor sector. OH MY! In my career, quality has been like pushing a boulder up a very steep hill. I have focused on integrity, structure, and above all leadership to build systems where quality is baked into the processes. My goal is to make it easier for those who come after me and to bring all that I continue to learn to an industry craving connection and support. I believe we often feel like we are the invisible sentries trying to keep the business afloat. Well, I see you quality people! Now lets band together and keep others from feeling invisible too!
